Week 11 Day78

Food diary

Exercise
Had a very hard session with Kai today he upped the intensity which i needed in all fairness but i enjoyed it.
Had really good results in the weigh in today 2lb & 8cm lost and only to 2 weeks left to go :)

Feeling really good today :)
