Day 84

Food diary

Breakfast
cornflakes with semi skimmed milk
red bush tea

Mid morning
1L water
nuts

Lunch
tuna salad
red bush tea
1L water

Afternoon 
crakers with houmous
1L water

Dinner
chicken breast with salad
1L water

Exercise
45 mins fitness class which was full on really enjoyed it .

Feeling really good,got in to another pair of trousers today that have never fit properly but they do now :) it gives you a real buzz when you can get into old clothes that you thought you never would but it just to show what you can achieve when you put the hard work in :)
