1hr Pt session with Kai which was hard going today but still good fun .
Coming to the end of my 12 weeks now and i have to say it has gone quite quick evenh when i have found it tough but you get through it .
Feeling really good in myself and really pleased with how i have changed did'nt think i could ever feel so good :)
