Exercise
Did aTKD demo at a school fete which is great fun .
Looking forward to tomorrow got 3hrs training in the morning & one of those is a sparring session which should be great .
Feeling really good in myself but dont know what i will do with myself soon as only got one week left ,it has been good fun and changed me in lots of ways so i am very happy with the results so far ,i hope i have inspired others to get out there and give it a go exercise makes you feel great :)
