Day 77

Food diary

Breakfast
scrambled egg
red bush tea

Mid morning
1.5L water
nuts & fruit

Lunch
fish & salad
1L water
red bush tea

Afternoon
1L water
nuts

Dinner
1.5 L water
haddock with veg

Exercise
feeling a little tired today but that didn't stop me did 30 mins on push & kick bag and then went and did 45 mins fitness class .
weigh in day tomorrow :) hopefully better results x
