Food diary

Breakfast
cornflakes with semi skimmed milk
red bush tea

Mid morning
2L water
fruit & nuts

Lunch
sausages & veg
1L water

Dinner
red bush tea
1L water
4x Ryvita & cheese
ice cream

Exercise
1Hr TKD very full on class no time to rest ,have to say i fined it quite easy now on the fitness side of things whichis good :)
