Food diary

Breakfast
cereal bar & banana
red bush

Midmorning
2L water

Lunch
fish & salad

red bush

Afternoon
red bush tea
yogurt

Dinner
ryvita with cheese & ham
1L water
glass of milk

Exercise
Had avery good TKD class today very sweaty well for everyone else but not for me ,it really shows how fit i am comparred to others and that makes me feel really good .
Getting alot of good comments of people about how good i am looking and how much weight i have lost :)
